I would like to refinish my rostyle wheels.  I'm considering having them powder coated.  Would it be better to have them coated with the rostyle silver-grey, mask them and spray over the black, or the other way around?  There used to be a mask available to repaint the wheels, is that still available, or is there a better way to ...
