    Hi, &nbsp;I can discard the Thrust washers of the crankshaft, my engine was rebuild few time ago, about the release bearing car is working with a heavy duty roller bearing so for me&nbsp;the problem is inside the gearbox may be the layshaft and/or some bearings. In few days I will take off me engine and gearbox for inspection, I have the workshop ...

    Thanks Ed, Yes my plan is remove the engine to check clutch and complete check of the gearbox, taking the chance to clean, chance some gaskests and paint the engine, I am seeing that my A start to needs maintenance, brake pads, gearbox, suspension issues, paint.......... and I need money &nbsp; Best Regards

    Well definely sound like the reverse gear of most cars but besides this sounds like something draging inside. &nbsp;Yesterday noon driving back to home at around 40 celsius degrees , whe the traffic light was red, with the car stoped if I push the pedal clutch and engage first or secund gear the draging sound appear and fells, as the clutch was ...

    Hi, &nbsp; Finally my SU pump is installed and working, drive the A to my work 20 miles aprox and runs ok I tried to install an auxiliar Carter Federal Mogul&nbsp;pump but it does not allow pull or pump fuel throgh it &nbsp;Thanks You all for Your comments specially to Dave for his assitance on this &nbsp; Regards &nbsp;

    Hi, Its funny, You wait after winter to use Your B, here I wait for winter to uses my A, here (Veracruz, Mexico) at spring have temps around 42 celcius (in the shadow), summer is storms/rain season and winter for me is the better season to drive my A 20-25 celcius Regards

    Really interesting Kelvin, this engines has a hystory behind &nbsp;This is another pic of the datsun engine a close up, according to the plate is a 1200 cc engine, same&nbsp;type&nbsp;distributor, generator was changed for an alternator, oil filter &nbsp; I learn a something new today &nbsp; Regards
