EFI Kit with new manifold &amp;amp; exhaust header setup test run - every thing works!

Test run almost complete. After a jumpstart because it sat so long everything kicked over just fine. However I wasn't able to do a proper shake down cruise because I was running an open header. I currently have a local muffler shop making an 36" length of exhaust tubing so I can be legal and not set off car alarms and frighten small animals & children around the neighborhood. [;)]

Old ZS style intake/Exhaust manifold next to my new design for the EFI kit and a three - one header.

Alloy head, Roller Rockers & Spacers, 3-1 header and an NEW intake.

Alloy head, Roller Rockers & Spacers, 3-1 header and an NEW intake.

New header & intake to replace the old combonation ZS intake/exhaust manifold. Intended for use with Moss Motor's EFI kit. Made possible because the EFI kit does away with the need for the EGR valve - the only reason for the restrictive combo manifold in the first place. Aftermarket cat to be intalled after the header's collector.

This is my 78B AKA “PAGAN B”

I’ve done a lot to her over the years but the current project is to make her the fastest emissions legal MGB in the Republic of Kalifornia. Besides numerous upgrades to the suspension and brakes and the addition of a 4 speed OD tranny I’ve installed Moss’s EFI kit under the bonnet as well. To compliment that I am also refreshing the engines camshaft with a fast road cam and some other go-fast goodies that should help her breath better.
