I'm trying to do a bit of translation. First, I'm betting you are in the UK, rather than the US. Originally the 1500 UK spec. motor got a pair of 1 1/2" SU carbs, which would have a diagonal 2 bolt mounting pattern. A four bolt pattern indicates a 1 3/4" carburetor, which was never stock on the car.
Either way, I've not seen any manufacturers offering new manifolds for the original 2 bolt so if that is what you need it will have to be used from a breakers. I'm not that savvy on high performance 1500 bits, but havn't seen anyone lately offering a four bolt twin carb manifold for the 1500.
Of course, I may be barking up the wrong tree and you are talking about a pair of Weber DCOE carbs, which would have four holes. If so there are a number of vendors who offer new manifolds to install them on the 1500 motor. Pricey though.
I guess the first thing to do is identify the carbs.
