Moss 5 speed in a MGA with a MGB motor

Kelivn, call me please, I talked to someone the other day at Moss about a MGB 18GB motor I'm building for a shop in Miami, and they want to pair my engine with one of your 5 speed tranny kits, The has has the orginal 3 syncro tranny back plate and flywheel, but we need to know which kit to order and make sure we have all the right pieces in the kit for this project. The guys at the order desk said you would call, but I'm still waiting Wink

That's what I get for going on a road trip. Had lots of fun watching an old friend get hitched at the RMVR vintage race in Pueblo, CO.

Met up with Motorbill and his long suffering lady. Thanks for the hospitality!

3,000 miles in four days and came home with a GT6 frame and MGA Coupe door and rear window in the back of the truck.

Message left at Hal's shop. The first hint is to check out the website. There is a basic FAQ listing that goes through the bits necessary to do play mix n match with MGB engines.

here is the link. It's possible to install any of the MGB engines into the A with the appropriate mix of new and used bits.
