Big wiper switch problem! Got both known good used and new Wiper Motor Switch.

neither work. I can - at the switch - run a test line from the white wire to either the hi or low stiped wires

blue green, red green & the wipers work just fine. However neither switch works. even put on 

a known good wiper motor and nothing. Right now i have bypassed the switch on the steering column and put

in a toggle switch on the console.

any ideas???

Have you checked to see if you have voltage on the green/pink wire?  You may have a blown fuse where the white/green wire connects to the green/pink wire.  For testing purposes have you tried connecting a white wire to the terminal on the switch where the green/pink wire connects?
