    HmmHi Greg;

    Boy; I wish I could help you out!  I`ve been trying Myself & Un-Successful?  There have been a few folks that have tried to help but still Un-Successful?  Ultimately It was suggested that Perhaps The Pics in My Computer are Too Large?  Not being a Computer Buff;  I`m not certain How to Make It smaller??

    Good Luck & If you get It;  Please let me know:

    Russ

    Hi Greg;

    James is Correct:  Click on Your Username in the Upper RH Corner / Click on Avatar /  Click on "Yes" to Enable Avatar / Browse thru Your Computer to find Your Pic /  Click on "Open" / Upload / Click on "Save Changes":  That`s It;  I believe?  Un-Fortunately does`nt work for Me??

    Re: avatar

    as long as the picture you are trying to upload is 120x120 or smaller, it should work.

    Re: avatar

    yep, i just changed mine.

     clicked on my user name in the top right, went to the avatar menu, "enable avatar", found my 120x120 jpeg file, and clicked "update" then i clicked "save changes"

    i dont know if it has to be a jpeg (.jpg) file to work, but it usually can be other types of picture files.

    Wink I hate to be a Pain in the back:  Now that I have My Avatar set under My User Name;  What do I need to do to get It in the Gallery?  Does that Happen Automatically?  I did have It in the Gallery Previously but somehow It got Lost??

    Thanx,  Russ

    Russ, your gallery picture is not lost, it's here: http://www.mossmotors.com/Forum/photos/tr4a-irs/default.aspx

    It looks to me like you've got that picture in both places?

    Re: avatar

    You should upload it seperately in "Photos" I haven't done this yet, so I can't help you much here. I think there is another forum about this though. Congrats on getting the avatar up, it looks great!
