    Hello from a "new guy"

I've enjoyed reading the various posts and thought I'd join.  About a month ago I was lucky enough to buy a 1975 TR6 in French blue with a "new tan" interior at a good price.  (I was puzzled at first because the blue's darker than what seems to get called "French blue" these days, but the code's 126, it's the original paint, and looks like it matches brochures from the time).  It's currently in the shop for new tires, some minor electrical work, relays and halogen headlights, etc., and will need some body/paint work at some point, but so far it's been a blast.  I'm sure I'll be posting for advice from time to time . . .

Hey Grady. Great to have another Triumph guy visiting here, especially a TR6 owner.

I have an early 74; my first Triumph...I didn't know what I was missing. ( wish I had straightened the steering wheel before I took this picture)

    poolster,

Nothing wrong with the wheel being angled. I build static models all the time with the front wheels and steering wheel cocked to one side. I also buil slot cars with the driver's head angled slightly. This gives an element of "life" to things. Your car looks exactly like one we have in the shop right now. Nice!
