If you can't get the information on the tube and dip stick you may try to make your own from one from another type car. I did that on my latest project, a MGA with a 6 cylinder engine. I used a piece of steel tubing of the right diameter for a snug fit that I bought at the local hardware store and the dipstick from a MG T series engine. To get the markings correct, just fill the sump with one quart less than the recommended amount and check the stick, filing a notch where that level is and then adding one more quart and marking again at that level. A metal stamp kit will provide an F and L to stamp at the marks indicating full and low. This is especially handy when you've added an enlarged sump for racing or an oil cooler and lines and added capacity in that manner.
