NLS can either mean "No Longer Supplied" which means that it is no longer available from a known source. Or "No Longer Stocked", which means that the part may be available from someone, but is not carried by the store possibly because sales were so low that the part ended up turning to dust on the shelf.
It's one of those really irritating terms that require a specific explanation. At Moss US, the status "NLS" was used for many years to indicate that the part wasn't carried for various reasons which got pretty confusing. Usually it was because the part was no longer available through the factory dealer network, but with the advent of aftermarket parts a lot of these factory NLS parts are now being sourced again.
The quick answer to your question, after all that is: Currently Moss does not have a source for this part, so has no stock on hand and no way of ordering it.
It's possible that there are existing sources elsewhere, but it's time to start beating the bushes.
hope this helps
