Hi, Dave,
Unfortunately, there is no exhaust system designed for use on a late B without the catalytic converter. Those systems fitted to the early, pre-catalytic Bs (1963 to 1974) are designed to mate to the early dual exhaust header which mounts to the early dual manifold; your car has a combined inlet/exhaust manifold with a single exhaust outlet.
One option is to find and install early MGB intake and exhaust manifolds with dual SU carbs instead of the single Zenith-Stromberg originally fitted to a 1980 B. This will not only give you better performance but also enable you to use a complete early exhaust system (several variations are listed on the "Exhaust System" pages of the Moss catalog).
Alternatively, you can have a muffler shop custom fabricate a system to run from your single exhaust outlet, utilizing either the original middle and rear mufflers for a late MGB, or the mufflers from an earlier model B, or a pair of “glasspack” mufflers. Again, several variations of original mufflers and some "sport" systems are listed in the Moss catalog.
