I installed a Web DGV on my '68 Sprite a couple/three years ago and acting on the advice of an old school Brit/Italia mechanic/restorer friend I bought a stock MGB accelerator cable and it is much shorter than Spriget and works perfectly and is apparently right at the appropriate length/lay. I'm a little vague as to which MGB carb setup that the one I got was intended for (ZenithStrong/S.U.), but upon ordering it I asked for the "shorter" of the two availiable and the Moss guy's knew which one I wanted.
