#222-315 fits 16.5" wheels, this would fit early MGBs from 1962 to 1969.
From 1970 to 1979, MGB the steering wheel size decreased to 15". The 1980 Limited Edition has even a smaller wheel , I believe it is 14". #222-315 would be too loose for these wheels.
