    I did accually push the car in both directions while the car was running and in neutral...with ease.

    I thought that you were agreeing with this method.  Are you disagreeing from a safety standpiont or because it may messs the car up more?

    Another thread on another website said to start it up in gear and drive around like a madman while engaging the brakes alot too, for someone else with a similar problem...:

    Maybe the friction disc stuck to the flywheel?

    If so, you will need to fasten or hold the clutch pedal down to the floor, start it in gear, and drive around like a madman giving it gas and brake at the same time. Do this in a somewhat open area so you don't smash into something.
