My 76 MGB has begun to play dead from time to time. I turn the key -- no life or lights. Wait a bit and try again. Maybe or maybe not .. but eventually it lights up and says "OK, I'm ready to play." Question: Where is a good place to start looking for the problem? The ignition switch itself? The battery connections are definitely not the problem. The uncertainty of whether it will be alive or dead on any given occasion is disturbing.
