Because of the differences in the chassis design I'm not sure that a Spitfire header would work, but there are high quality race and street headers available for them. You could check with Rimmer Bros. http://www.rimmerbros.co.uk/rimmer/triumph/spitfire/exhaust#Sports%20Exhaust%20Manifolds

APT offers one, as does Moss.  The Moss one follows the classic British "Tri-Y" design.  It has a decent sized collector so you can run 1 7/8" - 2" exhaust.  I haven't put it on yet, but I ran a similar header on a 1600 Cortina GT and it had great performance from bottom to top.
