    Can we get a calendar?

I was at PepBoys today and they offered to sell me a 2007 calendar, with 12 shiny muscle cars featured one each month, and it struck me that you guys at Moss should consider publishing a calender.  In catalog cover photos alone, that's 9 british cars for each catalog cycle.  Right now, I have a Pepboys 2006 calendar hanging in my garage and while the muscle cars are nice, my preferences obviously lie elsewhere.  Just a thought.

Wow what an excellent idea.Yes Icould hang it in my B-less garage(she's stored in a heated garage with 12 other LBC's) and count the days till spring. How about it Moss?

Ok, we are listening. The idea has been knocked around a number of times, but so far nothing has come of it. Maybe with the closer connection we get through this forum we can get better access to suitable photography.

I'll make sure we take another hard look at what it will take soon.

Re: Can we get a calendar?

Hi Kelvin, I was thinking that you folks at Moss must have access to zillions of great photo's, perhaps you could approach this from a donation angle, say X amont of dollars for the calender all proceeds to a selected charity(save the LBC fund)Confused  This could work.

    Kelvin,

Enthusiast's cars sounds like the way to go. You will be inundated with candidates. The judges had better remain anonymous!

Re: Can we get a calendar?

I have created my calendar with help of software for poster printing. Final calendar was very fine :-)

P.S. Looking at the date of this thread, I hope this info will be useful for forum community.

Re: Can we get a calendar?

I' ve looked in every mall calendar kiosk and bookstore to no avail. An LBC calendar is a great idea! Maybe along with great photos of the cars you could publish a monthly tip on a different phase of restoration.

Re: Can we get a calendar?

A Moss Calendar would be great, but  MG calendars are available at http://www.calendars-2007.com/Item/MG-2007-Wall-Calendar.html.  They also carry calendars for Jaguar, Mini's, and a few others.  I have one of the MG calendars in my office and will definitely order another next year.
