when I start the car it reachesits idle rpm of around 900 after a couple of minutes, but once I start driving the car, the idle gradually increase to around 1500 when it is fully warmed up. I have bottomed out the idle and choke adjustment as far as I can. I have not check the timing yet, what else could it be?
