    Re: Ginger or MaryAnn?

Ok davey, I may have missed the point, but I'll say MaryAnn. She looks like she'd prefer a sports car. Ginger looks like the limo type.

If there is any thing more to this thread, I appologize for being out of the loop.Paradise

    Rita,

I understand your gender preference and might add, (at the risk of citing the obvious and thereby being politically incorrect), spoken like a true woman!

By the way....I do LOVE women!

    Re: Ginger or MaryAnn?

    Wow,

Neither of them is British, so forget the sexy English accent, although maybe Ginger, being an actress (she was, wasn't she?) might be able to cook one up. But really, I don't think I can judge here. Maybe there's more to Ginger than we've seen. I didn't mean it that way, guys. Not all blondes are dumb, and not all gingers are shallow. I can't make up my mind, as if I had any right or stake in doing so.....

As long as it's not Gilligan or the Skipper.........................

Look, as long as we're dreaming here, how about Mrs. Peele from The Avengers. In my book, Ginger and Mary Ann together don't pack lunch for HER.!  Oops, Linda's coming, See ya.

    Re: Ginger or MaryAnn?

Mrs. Peele is certainly a dish, but then again so is Chopped Liver!

Lets keep to the topic. This is important. People are relying on this information Motorbill! Besides, isn't MRS. Peele MARRIED???

You're intitled to an opinion even though neither one speaks the Queen's English.

    Re: Ginger or MaryAnn?

Hmm One thing about these Forums, is that it is rare that a person is completely correct. Mrs. Peele was a widow, that much I remember. Now what I don't recall is whether her husband was a doctor or also worked for Mother??

At any rate, that was one great television show and there were great driving scenes thru the English countryside, the kind of roads most of our cars were built to handle, no Interstates, no Autobahn.

    Re: Ginger or MaryAnn?

Sorry poolboy but the last episode with Mrs. Peele has her walking off (into the sunset) with her husband Peter and as Stead is watching you get to see Peter and he looks exactly like Stead, enter Tara King (Canadian actress Linda Thornson). I pride myself as being a bit of an aficionado of The Avengers, one of my favorite shows of all time!

    Cheers...Rita

    Re: Ginger or MaryAnn?

Well, I guess it's like I said; rare to be completely right. Could have added common to be completely wrong. I can't believe that I did not see that one, even on reruns. Mr. Peele must have been a very understanding gent.Wink

Rita, I just couldn't leave Emma Peel alone. Although I still don't remember Peter, I "Googled" Emma Peel. I found the results quite interesting.Surprise

    Re: Ginger or MaryAnn?

    JohnZK,

I'm as sorry as a processed meat product can be about the "adult humor caution flag". I assure you that my reference was restricted to crackers or toast and the like! I would gladly give of myself to provide the appetizer fodder for any gathering that MaryAnn may choose to host.

By the way, were you aware that your head is on fire?
