    Brake Diagnostic Tips
     
    Symptom: Excessive Travel of Brake Pedal
    ProblemPossible Cure
    Insufficient brake fluid in reservoirTop up
    Air in hydraulic systemBleed brakes
    Brakes out of adjustmentAdjust
    Excessive lining wearAdjust or refit new
    Leaks at pipe unionsLocate and rectify
