    Re: Profile page

Not sure what you want, but if you click on your name on the post it will take you to your member profile, you should be able to update from there. You don't have much information posted, no bio etc:

I just opened the MGB/C forum and had the "new post" icon available. Don't know why you wouldn't get it.

    Yeller,

As Bill Y suggests, clicking on the name above the Avatar area will take you to the profile of that member. To start a new post, click Forums. When you get to the forum that pertains to your car, click on the area you think is appropriate and an icon will come up which says "new post". Click on that and you're on your way.

Thanks for the replies. I am not getting the 'new post' icon on some of my forums for some reason..... Your answers will enable me to post up some personal info though. Also, subscribing to the 'thread' doesn't seem to trigger any email. Oh well, perhaps it will sort itself out with time, ( unlike most auto related problems ! )

    yellercat,

email JohnZK@Moss ,the administrator and let him know what's happening with your stuff. I am the last guy on this forum to give computer help! John knows his way around. I cannot honestly tell whether the problem is software, hardware, or brainware when I have trouble....

    yellercat,

I see you have sent me a PM and I have answered it there.

One thing you may want to check, make sure that the subscribed email notifications are not being dumped into your "junk" email box. To prevent this, you will want to review the process for making all email from the @mossmotors.com domain be listed on your safe sender list (see your email program help files for the process on how to do this).

If you have a list of the sections you are being "excluded" from, that might prove helpful (especially if you can provide a screenshot).

My actual email is listed down below - and, by the way, thanks to everyone that has jumped in here to help as best they can with this situation!

    John
