Hi, I'm toying with the idea of going to some alloy or even handsome steel wheels on my TR4, but the price of Minilite-replica type stuff is out of my league. Has anyone out ther had experience with other wheels that worked well? My car currently has wire wheels and a Rover V8. Thanks, Baz

Have you thought of TR-6 wheels? They look pretty tough on a TR-4 and don't cost nearly what an alloy wheel would. The biggest problem is finding a good used set, as they aren't offered new. Try ebay.

Thanks, motorbill, TR-6 wheels were my first chioce, but they are pretty scarce. I do keep an eye on eBay.
