    Bugeye Headlights

The bugeye was supposed to have retractable headlights but they proved to be too expensive so the decision was made to leave them recessed in the hood.

My question is, has anybody picked up the ball on this one? I don't own a bugeye and have no plans to convert those headlights into motor-driven retractables, but if I did own a bugeye, I'd seriously consider it!

Has anybody done this? If not...how cool would that be?

    davey,

It'd be really cool...if there wasn't a load of stuff right under those lamps that'd have to be rooted out and chucked to make room...
