    Ezibleed Failure

Just thought I would relay a funny MGA story.  One out of three maint/repair items on my MGA ended up taking 10 times as long (stripped screws, rust, etc).  I ended up getting lucky today when I was using my EziBleed for my yearly brake & clutch bleed.  I had finished all the brake bleeders and when I moved onto the clutch bleeder, air bubble started blowing out (super fast).  Turns out, the Ezibleed internal line had become disconnected and was pushing air through my lines instead of brake fluid. I had to call the wife in for the press & hold technique...  Anyone else get this lucky?

I have been using Ezibleed for over 7 years with great success.  Anyhow, Gunson recommends calling them or sending in the unit for repair (sending to the UK).

I haven't found a website for EziBleed, anyone have an email address for them?

    Hi.You could try this e-mail address         eddie.altham@toolconnection.co.uk

Eddie altham is the export sales manager for Gunson - ezibleed items

Do not understand why you have to bleed brake and clutch every year though.I would be a bit cheesed off with this.

Thanks the email.  I bleed my system every year since I use the Castrol GT LMA (which is prone to attract more moisture than the normal brake fluid).  All brake fluid being hygroscopic.

Here is a picture where the internal clear fluid line became detached..
