My name is Angel but I go by CasaMini. I own 2 Classic Mini's (63 & 71) and I've been told by my lovely spouse to go buy us a Midget. So I located a 67 Midget for sale and this weekend we're going to check it out and maybe add it to the stable. It's been in the same family since the 70's and it's been garaged since 1990. From the crappy picture I received from the seller which was taken with a phone, it's red and has wire wheels. I'm not a big fan of wires wheels but I mustn't pre-judge. Hopefully we can come to an arrangement and I can drag it home. We live in the DFW area of Texas and belong to the Mini Owners of Texas group (MOT). I've owned at least one British car or another for the last 30 years including 2 Bugeye's, an MGA Coupe, a TR3A. a Spitfire, Morris Minor and at least 5 Mini's. I've also owned a bunch of Datsun cars like 510's, 1200, several Roadsters and 240Z's and a bunch of VW Beetles, BMW 2002's and Porsche 912. I won't get into the USA built cars but I've had a bunch of those also. I'm a sick guy. Anyway I'm glad to be here and look forward to sharing and learning everything Midget.
