Platt Tech will be hosting a cruise nigh this Saturday, October 10, 2009 from 3:00 to 6:00PM to benefit the SkillsUSA organization. SkillsUSA is an organization in which technical students compete in their trade, to determine the best of the best!
Each year we have state winners that travel to KC, MO for the national competition. This cruise night is one of our biggest fundraisers to support these technical students. There will be trophies, music, food, a 50-50 raffle and fun. This is the 8th year for the cruise night and it grows every year! Any type of vehicle, including motorcycles are welcome. (Personally, I'd love to see some more "tea burners" other than my two! - hint, hint
)
The cost is $10 to enter a vehicle. General admission is free for the observing public. Please come HUNGRY and enjoy the fruits of our grill to further support these fine technical students! I hope to meet you there! Thanks...davey
