I bought a 1964 TR4 on e-bay and will be shipping it to France by way of Rotterdam.
What specific modifications are required to meet European standards to license this car?
Also, any advice on a good shipper would be appreciated.

Only thing I had to do to import in to The Netherlands was change the head lamps and theblinker lights on the sides to orange from white.
I shipped from Flrodia Jacksonville to Amsterdam, was cheaper and good service. But be carefull anything lying loose in the car will disappear!!
