Bruce, I had a similar problem back when I started my restoration. As I had easy access to the master cylinder, I connected the stuck cylinders up to the master using a single length of brake pipe and just pumped the brake pedal until they popped. Access isn't too bad to the master cylinder from underneath the car or, if you can pop out the foot pan that will give you easy access too. The issue with this approach is that you might need to replace any pipe you "muck with" attempting this. If you can remove the short pipe that connects the master to the 4 way fitting just behind it without damaging the pipe, you can use one of the pipes that connects the front wheel cylinders together to connect them to the master. And then just put that pipe back or replace it. Of course, you'll need to re-bleed the whole system with this approach but I'd recommend doing that anyway.
On a related note, I rebuilt those wheel cylinders but hated them. They leaked and just caused me grief. Recently I replaced all of them with new cylinders from Moss. The new cylinders they sell are absolutely spot-on perfect and I highly recommend them. Glenn
