From Lola to Land Rover, If it's British and has wheels, it's likely I've bloodied me knuckles thereupon

from haynes:

clutch to flywheel bolts 25 to 30 ft/lbs

flywheel securing bolts 40 ft/lbs

cylinder head nuts 45 to 50 ft/lbs

main bearing nuts 70 ft/lbs

I dont see a listing for 'connecting rod' but they have this:

Big-end bolts (early models) 35-40 ft/lbs

big end nuts (later models)(oiled thread) 33 ft/lbs
