New Upgrade with Clear headlights from Moss

After who knows how many years my TF has finally blown a headlight out. I replaced them both with the new modern clear headlights from Moss. And I must say they look so much better, and the light output is way better then before. For the cheap price of both headlights for $70 its a worth while mod. Install is very simple as well if you have never taken a MG headlight out its pretty straight forward. Sadly no befores with the other headlights from the 60's or 70's. They were very dim and very yellow. While those new ones aren't even close to as good as my 2002 mustang GT with upgraded bulbs, its still a good 10x better then before.

Here is a before and after of the headlights.

Looks very good Spike, nice bit with the blue light behind the grill in the one shot and I like your background, especially what appears to be a Hooters sign in that same shot. Is that sort of a Freudian slip when dealing with a headlight post?

I too, was interested in the blue light in your grille Spike. Is there an actual light in there? Sweet looking car, BTW. Thanks for the pics and the positive feedback on our product.

    Hey Bill,

Very interesting that you'd notice the Hooter's sign which was mostly hidden. Hmmm... I was wasting MY time looking at the car, of which the owner should be quite proud. Sir, that is one very nice TF.

There a couple more pics with the new lights, but these are my favorites thus far.

The blue light is from an LED flashlight I have that comes with different caps to make different lighting. We were just messing around with lighting while taking some of the pics and that one came out very good. So no lights in there just me with an LED flash light shining up threw the bottom to make that cool effect. I'm glad you guys like the photos.

And thanks for the kind words on the car. It has been a work in progress since my freshman year of highschool and I just graduated college. So needless to say I have been working on her for a long time. But its a family airlome bought almost new by my grandfather so its worth it. Next up the motor is coming out in a few days and she will finally get a freshing up before I start law school in the fall. I'm trying to finish her up while I still have time this summer.

yeah right, very good. i think i seen one car just like that parked in front of my house.  i was curious about that car and i look at it closely. then ask the owner about the age. and i can't believe it what the owner said to me, it old enough. that's what i can say he said to me.
