I bought around a year ago a 1985 mini cooper and love her to bits.  She needs a lot of body work done but do not have the know how!!  Got the necessary manuals but am scared stiff!!  Went to York recently to a mini event and my car was vandalised as some thug stole the original badges. B*****d.  Went up to Alford the other weekend but not in the mini but wish I had but the coward who stole my badges has wasted things a bit for me and I was scared - will take her to future events though even although she is a WIP.  Have spent around £800 on her already but it is on things that you can't see but are important lol I am also a member of The Mini Clan although not as active as I would like due to work commitments sigh.

it's taken me about a year to get it to this stage and its still not finished

My son has a 1980's 1275 Cooperized. I'll let you know more details further on.

I am looking for information on Bill Price. He was in Peru some years ago. I interviewed him and he autographed a Mini that later became my son's. I have the video but would like more information on him.

I have other british autos (69 Escort Twincam, 63 Lotus Cortina, 59 TR3), but no Mini.

Hi all, 

I've got a 1959 Morris Mini Minor with a full UJ roof. I've had this one since 1980. When I got it, it had mini cooper wheels and hubcaps. Owned

a Dunlop tire distributorship and stores. Located a set of new Dunlop aluminum wheels and paid the outrageous price of $300 for the set including

shipping from England. Also obtained a set of Dunlop SP4 10 inch tires. All my family named the car OAF as it still has British plates 776 OAF.

The State Police simply ignore me when I'm driving because of the plates and right side drive. I'll post some pictures as soon as I find them .

So the white car with the side removed in in the garage @ present...I did say I was going to do something a bit different with that one so here goes ;-) Doing a speedster with a little twist! It will be an Ozster...lol RWD with a trusted A series lump at the back! here were it's at... chopped 4" out of the screen frame and the rear deck will me fabricated from the old roof panel! what do you think?????
