I have the replacement Burlen throttle body fitted and the thing gets very hot. Does anybody know if there are any Phenolic plastic insulating gaskets available that fit between inlet manifold and throttle body?

Also can you get the "O" ring as a spare part?

I have found that Burlen supply the "O" ring that goes between the throttle body and the inlet manifold as a spare part. It is part No. JZX6190 and a massive cost of 60p.

Still looking for someone who can supply a thermal insulator, if anybody knows one.
