    Virginia Move

Starting Monday morning April 13, the Moss New Jersey warehouse will close and all orders will ship from California until the Virginia warehouse is up to speed. We will make every effort to both minimize the down time and keep orders flowing out of California on a timely basis. However, with a 40 percent increase in volume, we are planning for an "all hands" effort to keep up.

During the down time we will be offering discounted air shipping rates, which will be in effect from April 13 through May 1. Our Move Information page will have a link to the special shipping rate table. Follow this link to hit our Move Information page:

We have had several inquiries as to the long term status of the California warehouse. Please feel free to spread the news; Moss is not leaving California. We will continue to ship orders and operate our parts counter in Goleta as always.

Feel free to post questions to this thread. We will monitor and answer questions as quickly as possible.

    Re: Virginia Move

    Q&A via email:

Where is your new location in Richmond, Virginia? I have family there and would like to visit your location to purchase parts and save on shipping. Thanks

Our new warehouse is located at 25651 Simpson Rd, in Petersburg, VA. Please note that at this time it is a shipping and warehouse facility only, and does not have a customer counter. This facility is expected to be online for shipping on May 1, but we do not have a firm date for the opening of a customer counter as of yet. When we are prepared and ready to open a walk-in counter, we will make an announcement.
