MGB Roadster 70

installing Robbins top

I'm getting close to the finish with my 70 mgb roadster.  If anyone can give me some helpfull advice with the remounting to the front bar.  Mine is riveted to the main peace with rubber seal molding bracket.

Any advice on where to begin.

Hi Roadster

Sorry for not commenting sooner but...well you know...real life comes first sometimes! :-). I ordered the sun-fast cloth roof and tonneau for my B, and after long deliberation I went to a custom car guy and had him fit the roof and tonneau for me. I felt that after the money I had spent a few dollars more wasn't going to break me. If you are still bent on taking on this task perhaps you could find a auto detailer that, for a small fee would lend you his shop, tools, and guidance for a nominal fee. In these tough time these small shop will do just about anything to keep their doors open... Just a thought, good luck!

Cheers...Rita
