With the addition of Classic Gold brake pads, British car owners looking for more variety in brake pad compounds have two new options. Semi-Metallic and Premium Ceramic compounds are now available for most of the cars supported by Moss Motors. A step-up in performance, the Classic Gold Semi-Metallic compound features shorter stopping distances and less dust than the traditional organic compound. Taking brake performance to the highest level, the Premium Ceramic compound withstands higher braking temps while recovering quickly, and are nearly dust free! Both compounds also offer anti-squeal compound bonded to the backing plates. Wire wheel owners might consider one of these options to keep their wheel cleaning from being such a chore. Sunday canyon carvers will immediately appreciate the performance of the Semi-Metallic compound, and Autocrossers will benefit from repeated harder and shorter stops with the Ceramic compound. Now available at mossmotors.com for the following applications: Austin-Healey Sprite/MG Midget, MGA, MGB, Austin-Healey BN7-BJ8, Triumph TR3-4A, Triumph TR6, Triumph TR7, and Triumph Spitfire (1968-80).
